Residential Maintenance Agreements (Comfort Club)

We don’t sell our customers differing “levels” of maintenance agreements (i.e. silver, gold and platinum). Our agreements are reasonably priced and save you money. Plus, our agreements will not automatically renew at the end of the year unless our customers request it.

Let us take the worry out of remembering to schedule a tune-up by giving you a reminder call to schedule an appointment time that will work for you.

The “Comfort Club” residential maintenance agreement gives customers two system tune-ups yearly for $120.00 for one system and $80.00 for each additional system at the same location.
