FAQs

HVAC maintenance should normally be conducted at least once a year. This monthly maintenance ensures that your HVAC system runs efficiently and lasts as long as possible. It is crucial to remember, however, that certain components may necessitate more frequent attention. Air filters, for example, should be examined and replaced on a regular basis, often every 1 to 3 months. Furthermore, if your system has any problems or is performing poorly, it is best to schedule maintenance sooner rather than waiting for the annual check-up. Consulting with an HVAC professional can give you with more precise advice depending on the requirements and usage of your system.

Having a maintenance contract for your HVAC system can certainly be worth it. Here are some factors to consider:

  1. Regular Maintenance: Maintenance contracts typically include regular inspections and tune-ups for your HVAC system, which can help prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of your equipment.
  2. Priority Service: Many maintenance contracts offer priority service, meaning you’ll receive prompt attention if your system requires repairs, especially during peak seasons.
  3. Cost Savings: Some contracts offer discounts on parts and labor for repairs beyond routine maintenance visits, potentially saving you money in the long run.
  4. Peace of Mind: Knowing that your HVAC system is being professionally maintained can provide peace of mind and reduce the stress of unexpected breakdowns.
  5. Efficiency and Performance: Regular maintenance can help keep your system operating at peak efficiency, which can lead to lower energy bills and improved comfort.
